Hi, I'm your neighbor Lacey. I built Listing Ready by Lacey because I've been on the other side. I have been through the process of getting my own home ready for listing. The painting, the patching, the packing, the organizing. Moving out was the easy part. What took determination, focus, and stamina was being organized enough to work through the project list.

And the dynamic between homeowners is its own project. When one person ends up the default project manager, tension follows. A neutral third party running the tasks keeps the work moving and the household intact.

This work is backed by first hand experience and powered by AI. My background spans architectural design, vendor sourcing and management, scope writing, property management, and selling personal homes. I'm genuinely on the homeowner's team. Working Supervision Bundle $75/hr

Onsite Supervision plus Home Organization in the same window. While your vendor is working, I am decluttering closets, packing, depersonalizing, photographing rooms for your deliverable, or organizing in another part of the house. Saves roughly 29 percent versus booking both separately at $105 per hour.
